Before learning special features of Kamchatka cuisine the presenter of RTG TV Igor Vukolov went pick up mushrooms and berries. Then he prepared Kamchatka crab meat in pepper sauce together with the chief cook of the «Ozero» restaurant, appreciated a chinook salmon's size, a Pacific Ocean salmon and learnt how to prepare honeysuckle compote.
