People have come to expect only gold medals from the Olympic champion, who has broken all world championship records set up to this point. Many consider the Kaliningrad native to represent the ideal athlete. She has gained the name of «the Russian mermaid» as she spends most of her time in the water, not on land. Every one of her performances tends to worry and upset her rivals, while showering the audience, on the other hand, with indescribable delight and awe.
