Tsvetnoy Boulevard has been a bustling commercial center since the middle of the 19th century. It is here that one of the oldest markets in Moscow can be found. The boulevard's name is derived from the Russian word for flowers and was called such due to its proximity to a flower market. The rows of shops and stalls have never been redone in an attempt to keep up with the times. They remain as they have always been. Nowadays Tsvetnoy Central Market is located on the 5th floor of the Tsvetnoy Shopping Center - a place RTG host Timofei Zudin was lucky enough to visit.
