In the very center of the European part of Russia on six small plots of land, one of the smallest nature reserves in the world, Galichya Gora, can be found. In this place, flora from the preglacial period has been wonderfully preserved. It is here that plants and insects from various climates have found refuge. Particularly interesting is the preserve’s nursery with birds of prey. It can be found in the central part of the nature reserve where the feathery hunters are born and raised, and later set free.
